negativ: The room size was fine, however, there were several cobwebs on the walls, the swaggered curtains were COVERED in dust and the bathroom was very dirty, old urine on the toilet and clumps of dust on the door frame, dirty water splashes on the door and the tiles looked dirty. The cleanliness of the room just let your company down.

negativ: Housekeeping standards need major improvement. No soap was provided in my room for 3 days. Then I asked for some from reception, who willingly obliged. Mini containers of shower gel and shampoo were not replenished as used. Again, had to request these from reception. There were nail clippings from a previous occupant on the bathroom floor, and they were still there when I left 5 days later. The spoons supplied for tea-coffee making had both been used by a previous occupant and not replaced with clean ones.

positiv: The door man was very helpful with a great attitude and time to talk! Breakfast was great and so was the car parking. The bedroom was clean and the bathroom was a great size.
negativ: The bedroom was rather small, cramped and extremely hot. The shower was terrible very slow and weak took a long time to wash the shampoo from my hair!!!
positiv: good all round hotel with good atmosphere, enjoyed the stay, good idea to have breakfast on sunday up too 11.00 am! complete with live musicians!
negativ: the NCP car park next to the hotel was half the price at £4.70 per day instead of £8.00 per day the hotel charged!!the fitness room lacked free weights,dumbells ect! Our room window had no sashcord in it to keep it up so it had to be wedged open!
