positiv: When something was not quiet what was wanted the staff were only to eager to try to assist
negativ: Wireless Internet Access coverage was patchy due to new wireless fire alarm causing conflicts. Not all rooms therefore provided internet access and required re-location to another room
positiv: Looks great, everything you expect from a large hotel
negativ: No lifts and long distance to travel to your room. I had to go up stair's/ down stairs, along corridors... all with a lot of luggage. If you travel light then this may be OK for you.
