Directions to hotel
The central train station is in walking distance of the Hotel.
Follow signs to Coventry City Centre, picking up the ring road.
Turn off the ring road at Junction 7, signposted Tile Hill and The Butts College. At first set of traffic lights turn left and left again, onto The Butts, the hotel entrance is on the left hand side for dropping off luggage, etc. The entrance to the secure car park is the first left after the hotel entrance

Positive: nice selection of food at breakfast, room size was good and bed comfortable
Negative: the card slot that powers lights was faulty, so lights and heating/air con kept coming on and off, very annoying
Positive: Very friendly staff, both on reception and in the restaurant.
Negative: I asked for a quiet room and ended up with one next to the lifts. Unfortunately I wasn't very well and felt too poorly to move rooms. The first morning there was no hot water until about 08:30 (due I was told to mains gas supply problem). Limited power supply outlets for Laptop.
Positive: Free on site carparking. Big comfy beds
Negative: The air con in many rooms was not performing. If you are staying in winter - take something warm to wear in bed. I slept with a wooly hat on! Room service took over an hour to arrive and no discount was offered...I had to ask to be compensated for the inconvenience. Very limited bar menu that was not particulary inspiring. All rooms (apart from suites) only have a large shower, if you are looking forward to a hot bath, you will be dissapointed.
