negativ: I marked atmosphere low as ther were people drinking and using bad language at 7:30 in the morning. Room facilities is marked low as the bathroom fan would not switch off 9same thinh happened the last time I stayed there) and the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall. The room sound proofing was very poor and I was disturbed by noise from the adjacent room. After I returned from breakfast my card would not open the room door and the receptionist was very unhelpful (said she was too busy and called for someone else although there were no other guests waiting and no phones ringing. I was also not given the barrier code to get out of the car park so I had to return to the hotel to get out) All the above nearly made me late for my meeting! Dinner food quality was excellent but quantity was very poor. Breakfast was poor - lukewarm served on a cold plate and no choice of how the eggs were cooked.

negativ: When checking out, I was asked if everything was OK and I said no, as the bathroom extractor fan had been going all night. The receptionist told me that that couldn't be right as there were no extractor fans in the bathroom!! I had to explain to her the location of the fan and what it did. She said she would get it looked at, rather unconvincingly.
negativ: Orders early breakfast as I had to leave at 6am. Breakfast did not arrive. bathroom fan did not turn off and noise kept me awake a long time.
