positiv: Good location, just off Royal Mile and within 10 mins walk of Waverly station. Good value.
positiv: Well located
negativ: Unfortunately a customer service culture is rather lacking, with an unfortunate combination of very tardy responses to requests, and an underlying -- almost Ryanair-esque -- desire to see what "extras" they can get away with charging for (e.g. £4 to print a Boarding Card in the Hotel Business Centre, £20 for overnight parking).
