negativ: Room service order was incorrect and had to wait incorrect items to be resolved. Noisy guest above played TV at full volume till 11.20pm and then again at 5.50AM. Hotel tried knowcking on door but that was it. Did not get much sleep
negativ: Booked alarm calls did not happen. 1 hour to deliver room service order. Only 3 prawns in a £15 prawn curry. Ice in drinks when specifically asked not to include ice

negativ: time to refurbish bathroom, or at least change the tap and shower unit as it is a hardwork to close them / operate; this will result in water wastage
positiv: It's great that there's a gym in a hotel of this level. Reception staff are always friendly and helpful. I reported the phone wasn't working in my room - hopefully it will be fixed!
