Directions to hotel  From the sea terminal: continue along the promenade. The Rutland is situated quarter of a mile along on the left hand side. By sea: The famous Isle of Man Steam Packet company operates ferry services from the Isle of Man to Liverpool and Heysham on the UK mainland and Belfast and Dublin in Ireland. The Heysham to Douglas service operates year-round, with fastcraft vessels operating in the summer, reducing the journey time to two hours. The Liverpool to Douglas service also operates year-round, with fastcrafts operating in the summer months, providing a journey time of 2½ hours. Directions to hotel  Highways From the airport: The Rutland is situated approximately 9 miles from Ronaldsway Airport. Follow signs to Douglas, along the A5. Once in Douglas, follow the A1, towards the sea terminal. At the sea terminal, turn left along the promenade. The Rutland is situated 1 mile along on the left hand side. A taxi journey from the airport should take around 20-30 minutes and cost £15-£20.
