Directions to hotel
By Underground: Take any of the Bakerloo, Circle, District or Hammersmith & City Underground lines and disembark at Paddington Station. Once inside Paddington station follow pink line towards Hammersmith & City underground line running adjacent to platform 8. Once outside turn Left and walk for about 4-5 minutes and you will find us on your left. By Rail: take First Great Western mainline trains and/or the Heathrow Express to Paddington station. At Paddington station, please take the Hammersmith & City line exit.
By Road: From the M25, take exit 16 onto the A40 (Westway) and follow the signs to West End/Paddington station. Exit the A40 (Harrow Road), turn right onto Westbourne Terrace and turn left onto Bishops Bridge Road (A4206), you will find the public car park on your left. From City Centre, follow A40, take exit Harrow Road and turn left onto Bishops Bridge Road (A4206). The NCP public car park is on your right.

Positive: Great location.
We were allowed to store the luggage even after checking out.
Negative: No elevator, very narrow staircase. unlike other comments no one was willing to help us with taking the luggage to our room which was on the top floor(3rd floor)
WiFi signal is very weak on top floor.

Positive: 1. Proximity to Paddington Station, 2. Friendly staff.
Negative: 1. There is no controlled access in this hotel from the street to the room corridors, as the reception is off the side in a separate room from the entrance, and the main door is not locked. This gives a low feeling of personal security. 2. The free WIFI is very poor in the basement rooms - almost impossible to connect.
