Negative: Even though I have been booked Airways Hotel, they sent me another hotel and they told me this is our hotel, too.But another hotel name was not "Airways Hotel".And I did not accept to stay there. And the recepsionist man who was angry with me because I did not accept to stay another hotel. He was very rude to us.He has given I think the worst room at the hotel and the last floor.Even though I had explain to them , I have a very big baggage, they have given me the room at the last floor. And they did not halp me to carry it to last floor.
After I got angry with him they helped me, but totally this hotel is not good to staying there.Hotel staffs were very rude.
I was very sad to stay at that hotel.
Positive: Front desk personal was friendly and somewhat competent
Negative: Even though it was in the UK, the hotel personal spoke a very bad English.
No night lamp next to the bed. The room had just one light switch with one corresponding lamp. The lamp light was office like (neon). The room had a TV, but it couldn't be switched on, as there was no remote control in the room.
In overall the room was very poorly treated.
