positiv: Willngness to change the 1st room allocated because not up to scratch. hotel quiet and breakfast really well served
negativ: Standard of allocated single room. Was smelly and and bathroom seat uncared for. However I was allocated anothe room which was much nicer with good ambience

negativ: Inefficient front desk: my reservation had not been registered into the system, in one month, and I had one of the two remaining rooms, the other one being in the basement. Small room with broken TV and old bathroom facilities. Low-quality breakfast service.
positiv: The best aspect was the staff, extremely polite, responsive and warm. The worst aspect was the breakfast - very limited in choice a roll with butter and jam ( even honey would improve but also cereal perhaps) tea coffee fruit juice. Accommdation was very clean. An awkward shower and rather big room but perfectly fine for the price.
