Positive: Very good location, seconds from Bayswater station
Negative: Poor soundproofing - Could hear every footstep from the floor above (I booked a single room and was in the basement, so reception/restaurant/lobby etc was above).
Negative: Rooms too small, some of them dont have AC, only the ones on the last floor.
Positive: The porter did help to carry my bags with out even me asking . Very good. General areas of the hotel of very clean and tidy. Room was tidy. Just the bathroom was to small. Apart from that very good value.
Negative: I had no issue with the small single room - the bath room was far to small - the shower was not working and the water was cold, I told the reception on departing and on my second morning the shower was still cold. I had dry cleaning that was supposed to be brought back to my room - after getting back I had to ask the night porter who refused to bring i to the room as they do not offer any service between 11pm and 7am.
Positive: The Hotel has a very good location near Queensway and the value for money in this location and the product the Hotel offers is good. So its a good product for a resonable price.

Negative: Rooms are not large and particularly bathrooms are extremely small

Negative: room near by the lift (room Nb : 309) => a bit noisy shower far too small for a 6 feet 200 pounds grown up man
