Negative: We got a room in the basement that is almost exposed to the road with full of noise. First night, we were awaken by street people who were drunk and threatened to kill each other (one of them screaming for Police!!!) It was so scary. The room is so basic with old carpet and furnitures. Needless to say the bathroom is so small that once after shower, the water is splashed everywhere. We will definitely not going back to this hotel anymore.
