positiv: The hotel staff were helpful and although they coulddo nothing when I reported the faults as maintenance were not there, they fixed the light and basin the following day. The hotel is undergoing refurbishment so when that is complete I imagine the old rooms such as mine, will be given a much needed face lift.
negativ: The bedside light bulb was broken so the room quite dark. The basin was next to the bed with the bedside table in front of it. It was also blocked when I arrived. The room was quite tired and in need of redecorating.
negativ: Rooms are badly in need of an upgrade. Bathroom was dreadful.
