Negative: Hotel was very expensive given size of room (in particular bathroom), bed was poor and hotel offered little hotel facilities. broadband was additionally not avilable for free.
Positive: In spite of mentioned below I was provided by 1 extra room with single bed for free. I much appreciate it.
Negative: I asked Hotel to provide us with 2 single beds in the room during reservation by www.HRS.de. We have got 1 double bed instead.
Positive: free wifi
Negative: breakfast roon too small.
I informed the hotel i will arrive lately at around 1:30am, however the hotel had charged my credit card at 1:00am.( I planned to pay cash)
Positive: staff are friendly (be sure to ask for a map, their map includes some coupons for some expensive attractions like kew gardens and st paul's). breakfast is satisfactory
Negative: hotel (or their card processor) charges a 3% surcharge for non-GBP visa cards (so called forex charge) watch out for that before you sign the slip. they say they don't know how to put it through so that your bank does the translation (which would cost much less). room is very small, so small that door to bathroom doesn't even open all the way because it hits the bed. stairwells shabby and not super clean (a funny smell).
Negative: Very small room
Positive: Good continental breakfast
Negative: Room was so tiny for 2 people that with all our luggage we couldn't even move! Far too expensive for this type of room
Positive: Good location near Victoria station, clean
Negative: I'n not sure if I got the free service which was an upgrade of the room
