Positive: Good sized room, clean & tidy with a good breakfast

Negative: noisy, old, not compliant wiht the pictures (may be under works and some rooms are still not refurbished)
Negative: shower head in room was broken. i notified reception of this but nothing was done about it

Positive: The rooms were clean and breakfast was reasonable.
Negative: My flight to London was originally cancelled due to fog. I called them to let them know that I may have to cancel or I would be turning up late but they were very unhelpful. Also, the staff have little or no knowledge of what is in London.
