Positive: value for money! Good location, double room are ok, breakfast included and of reasonable quality given the rate
Negative: The triple room was awful. The first, the light didn't work so they slit us in two double room.
Double room are small but comfortable. Really good value for money.
The day after the moved us into a triple room: they forgot to make the single bed, the extractor in the bathroom didn't work, the room was very noisy (next to the breakfast room and all the flushing from the floors above can be heard).
Let me stress again that overall the hotel is really good value for money, but remeber to avoid triple rooms and all the rooms on the first floor
Positive: Very convenient location, reasonable pricing and clean rooms
Negative: strictly vegetarian breakfast - the same every day
Positive: size of the room is ok
Negative: the location of the hotel is terrible and it's not really closed to Paddington station as mentioned. The staff is not as helpful since they arrange a non smoking room and noisy room facing in front of the street with lots of cars passed by.
Positive: Modern and clean. The room is a little small, but fine. The nearest subway station is 3-4 minutes away (walking).
Negative: There's no where to go near the hotel (to eat).
Negative: - The WiFi Internet Access is expensive and does not work very well. - While paying with my credit card, I was charged in EUR instead of GBP (which costs me extra 3%!!!).
Positive: hrs is fantastic - i never though i could stay in london so cheap - i would have fould it so easily without you
