Positive: The Hotel is 2 minutes away from Victoria Station and gives the possibility to quickly reach central London locations and the Gatwick Airport.
Negative: The Bathroom was not perfectly cleaned and some of the floor tiles were broken.
Negative: i had to leave 6.30 am and i asked for an early breakfast which they did not provide (coffee was in the room)
Positive: Very nice and welcoming reception personel. Nice and warm colours in the rooms. Neat and clean.
Negative: The toilet was leaking. Information given to the reception 1st day, but nothing happened during the 4 days of our stay. The water in the shower was too hot (!) - impossible to get a comfortable temperature to it (for a change ;-)
Positive: great location, a minutes walk from the tube station. cosy, small hotel with no frills. great for offpeak price. overall it served my purpose well.
Negative: small and narrow corridors are a bit uncomfortable. if you have luggage to handle carrying them over a few narrow stairs can be a bit of a task.
Positive: The lighting in the hotel room was excellent, I find that even in far more expensive hotels, the bedside lights are barely adequate for reading. The hotel staff were very welcoming, the location of this hotel is excellent, nearby Victoria and local buses, but also surprisingly quiet and nearby neighbourhood restaurants just the right distance away (3 min. walk).
Negative: no satellite channels on TV, only a few UK ones, TV set without remote
