Negative: Hotel was very tatty and tired in the bedrooms, bedrooms were very small. Third bed added to room for child was particulary old and tatty. Hotel have overcharged me on the room rate which they claimed was not inclusive of tax. I will now have to challenge this.
Positive: clerk did not know what the free services were but called someone (without any prompting) to find out what it was and where to get it.
Negative: I was given a handicapped adapted room. For a non-wheelchair bound person the room facilities were awkward or impossible to use. i.e. hand-held shower only. Auto open/close room door - no warning and I got hit by auto closer when trying to close door.
Negative: Hotel is no worth the UKL 116 I paid for the night. It is getting old, and is need of a "fresh-up"
