positiv: The first room we were given was very nice, but quite dark as it was on the 3rd floor and faced an inner area. We asked to be moved and were given a corner room on the 6th floor overlooking the inner courtyard. It was very bright with 2 big windows, and a window in the bathroom. I would happily stay there again. It was very quiet considering the central location of the hotel, and only a few minutes walk from St James's Park tube. A very good hotel that I would definitely recommend.

positiv: Excellent hotel in good location. Friendly atmosphere with a buzz in the bar .
negativ: Had requested a king size bed when booking but was disappointed to find a double bed in a slightly small room. Rather annoyed to be told on the second morning that my husband and I were not entitled to breakfast and then presented with a bill when I had already confirmed that breakfast had been included in the booking. Had to provide my booking confirmation and did not receive an apology.
positiv: nice room / spa good/ 51 restaurant excellent. Would stay again.
negativ: no power point for kettle on preparation area.
positiv: Nice inside yard, good location
negativ: The non-renovated rooms are unbearable
