Positive: Clean hotel, excellent location, friendly staff.
Negative: The internet was not working throughout my stay, except in the lobby, which was quite bothersome since I needed to do a lot of work by internet. Also the internet access at the business center was very expensive (6 pounds for 40 minutes).
