Negative: I was given a room so small I could not even open my suitcase. TV in the room was not working
Negative: TV had only one channel (news channel) working. Internet not working on 3rd floor.
Negative: Ended up with pain and ache on my neck due to the uncomfortableness of the bed
Negative: 1. TV in room has only 1 or 2 working channels. Even the free view channels like BBC1, BBC2 etc. were not available.
2. Internet should be made freely available, so that if the TV chanels are not working, then, TV can be watched via the internet.
Negative: they asked us £10 for leaving them our suitcases while waiting to go to the airport!!
The apply 5£ surcharge for credit card payment...
People was screaming loud the whole night and the bed is minuscule: about 1.3 meters wide. Definitely too small for a double occupancy room. I slept very badly as I could not turn without waking up my partner. The room although clean was 1.8 x 2.5 meters dimension WC included. Almost impossible to move inside the bathroom as it is about 0.5 squared meters
Positive: we didn't take our laptops but was impressed with the free wifi. very good location
Negative: i actually did ask to be upgraded to next room and was told that this would not be offered to me. i was given another room that was nicer but i was told it was the same category. The first room we looked at had stains on the carpet and was tiny. the other room was better in terms of cleanliness
Negative: There were many problems with the facilities. The breakfast room was liquing water. Breakfast room had not enough room and was very untidy, food was very basic.
Negative: The room did not have a mini bar as their was no space for it. The hotel charges 3% over the rate if paying by a credit cards. This is against banking policy. The tilet is so small that you can not use the sink.
Positive: free WIFI Internet
Negative: really small beds 160m x 160m and either an ice or steam shower
Positive: Hello...single room very small and crowded to get by end of bed, 1 tiny leaning wardrobe, good bathroom, plumbing and shower and lots of hot water. But - Hotel not disappointing and rates 3 stars as good value for London - cost saves it...if I had to pay more or full rate - the room size, facilities and very basic breakfast would be overpriced. Staff friendly.
Negative: If you are a light sleeper hotel rooms and hallways can be noisy and disturb you as rooms narrow and numerous. Re written description term "newly rennovated" is a bit out of date and my room was looking tired.
Positive: They were helpful
Negative: room was so small I to sleep with my suit case on the bed. Bath room was so small that it was not workable. less than 12 inches between the shower and the wall I could not shave or brush my teeth without great difficulty. only one old dry clearner clothes hanger.
Positive: Good transport connections and near to places of interests
Negative: Breakfast room is to small for the number of guests.
