Positive: Good location, quite close to Earl's Court Underground station. Easy to reach from Heathrow airport. Easy to reach downtown attractions. 24/7 Tesco supermarket very close nearby.
Negative: No elevator, extremely small room, very narrow hall and abrupt stairs, extremely small and crowded bathromm, but above all, although advertised as free WiFi and included in the booking, there was NO WIFI AT ALL, not even paid alternative.
Negative: I called and asked if it would be a problem if I arrived late and if there would be a service charge. the answer was no in the telephone and I was informed that there would be someone there. When I arrived there was only a number on the door, and it took over 30 minutes to get a hold of someone to open and check me in. When opened they wanted to charge 50GBP!! - but refused and they didnt charge.
Positive: Very good location . Cleaness of room .
Negative: TV with no choices , only 4 channels .
Positive: Good location, clean and nice (but VERY tiny) bathroom.
Negative: The 1 bedroom apartment was VERY tiny, the mattress of the bed horrible, the shower very slow/dripping and the smell in the hallway not inviting. We thought this apartment is not worth the money. For luggage storage they charged an additional 10 pounds.
Negative: The look and fell not so goo and th pix looks are not exactly what is on ground
Negative: No amenities were working properly, very disappointing.
