Positive: It was eventually waived when i complained that this extract charge was not stated anywhere in my booking.
Negative: The hotel charges 3% for using your credit card. This was not stated anywhere on the website. It would be nice to include this information, so that it would assist in deciding whether to choose hotel next around or not.

Negative: Double glazing would have helped supress noise from the road and the terrible draught from the window!

Negative: no satellite tv, found cheese and margarin dated as best before 13.12.2008 at breakfast. i got the products and had some fotos if u want. pictures on site is not the reality.that could happened years ago.
