From Heathrow Airport: Take the blue Piccadilly metro line and get off at 'Leicester Square' to change metro. Change to the black Northern metro line and get off at the 'Clapham South' metro stop. The metro stop is at 3 minutes walking distance from the hotel.
From Gatwick Airport: Take the Gatwick Express and go directly to Victoria station. This takes about 30 minutes. From there, take the yellow Circle metro line or the green District metro line and change metro at metro stop 'Embankment'. Positive: Value for money reasonable for London.
Negative: First room offered: only 8-9 m2, no wardrope, no space to put any luggage.
The second one: a little bigger but no wordrope, no space for luggage again.
The third one that we "accepted" because of its size had very "dirty" bathroom, espacially very dirty shower.
Negative: smell in the corridors and hall of rooms. Very confusing scheme to reach the rooms. Problem with secutity exit in case of fire

Negative: the quality is under the 1* class. The hotel is suitable for overnight stays, but could have a litlle bit quality.
Positive: I got promoted to Euro Hotel Clapham, which seemed to better value for money.
Negative: The free internet terminal to HRS customers was actually £1 per 10 minutes...
Negative: When I reserved by HRS, asked me to provide a quiet room on the first or ground floor but we were rich in 4th Is the floor. The room was clean but extremely cold.
Positive: Cheap and cheerfull, close to tube
Positive: as always those people of the staff who were from Eastern Europe was very friendly, helpful and genuine
Negative: I had the option on HRS to choose for a kingsize bed but I was given a small "double bed" with the information that the hotel has not received this information from HRS!
On Easter Sunday I was asked to leave the room in the afternoon as the management wanted to change the curtains.
Positive: well conected to london via a tube station, 10 min to center of london
Negative: very old hotel. small rooms. unkined desk reception
Positive: Friendly staff, clean room and bed, clean WC/shower. Excellent location to Clapham South tube. Excellent value for money considering the location.
Negative: Water cooker dirty, no space to hang one's clothes in the first days (wardrobe thereafter). Breakfast buffet too busy for all guests to be catered for, also *very* limited choice.
