Negative: Cost of breakfast is misleading - breakfast menu states one charge, but that only applies to part of the selection. If the customer opts for scrambled eggs etc, the charge is much higher - and not shown on the menu.
Positive: I felt the hotel was a fair value for the money given prices in London. Room was small but well designed.
Positive: The hotel is 100% britt in style and interior. Gentleman-like. It is a perfect place for both business and pleasure. Oxford street and SOHO are just 10-minutes walk away and there are plenty of cafés, pubs and restaurants of all kinds near by.
Negative: HRS rate was 89+TAX which is really good, the normal rate is 210!!!!! So probably I wouldn't have stayed there at that high price. Check-out is at 1100, and you have to pay Ł 30.00 for each additional 3-hours if late check-out. I did not like this system and rate.
