Positive: The hotel was very clean and easy to find.
Negative: when we arrived it took three unfriendly receptionists to check us in, the whole ordeal lasted almost an hour. At five star hotels i am used to being sat down and checked in by one friendly member of staff whilst luggage is delivered to a large, above average room. the only diference between staying here and a travel lodge was the price.
Negative: bathrooms were small but beautiful design except size which should have been bigger to give more relief of a bigger size place
Positive: Very Well Kept Spacious Room with all amenities imaginable.
Positive: Excellent value for money - considering the overall London price level - 5* for the price of 3* Ideal location close to all major cultural hotspots
Negative: Rooms are relatively small and somewhat noisy, due to the location on Southampton Row
Negative: uncelar description of parking facilities, staff not particularly interested in helping orgainse parking
