positiv: The hotel was very clean and easy to find.
negativ: when we arrived it took three unfriendly receptionists to check us in, the whole ordeal lasted almost an hour. At five star hotels i am used to being sat down and checked in by one friendly member of staff whilst luggage is delivered to a large, above average room. the only diference between staying here and a travel lodge was the price.
negativ: bathrooms were small but beautiful design except size which should have been bigger to give more relief of a bigger size place
positiv: Very Well Kept Spacious Room with all amenities imaginable.
positiv: Excellent value for money - considering the overall London price level - 5* for the price of 3* Ideal location close to all major cultural hotspots
negativ: Rooms are relatively small and somewhat noisy, due to the location on Southampton Row
Exit Holborn underground station and walk up Southampton Row - hotel is 200 metres on the right
M40 to Euston Road, turn right into Upper Woburn Place, around Russell Square into Bedford place then left into Bloomsbury way, the hotel is 100 metres on the right towards Theobalds Road
