Positive: Pleasant stay and bar prices very reasonable.
Negative: Extremely small bedrooms . Bathroom tiny with very little room for towels etc. Breakfast £13 plus VAT expensive for what was on offer.
Positive: Concierge was helpful
Negative: Internet dsl connection didn't work! No wireless connection Room far too small. I book a room for 2 which was bearly big enough for 1 person... never received the free newspaper
Positive: Good location, clean, basic hotel. Good value for money.
Negative: Halls could use update but rooms ok.
Positive: Very good, convenient location - very close to subway station - with number of nice cafes/restaurants nearby
Negative: Payment in advance of full amount, possibly a standard practive in London but not mentioned anywhere - late chek-out charged at 20 pounds per hour
Negative: Was asked to pay VAT on top of price although it was already included. To make an international call, hotel asked to debit a 50 pounds deposit. Room was small.
Negative: There was no car park and staff were not forthcoming with advising me where to park. Once i had settled in my room reception called and asked me to go back to reception as i needed to sign something, when i went i was told they had it wrong and i didnt - seemed little unorganised.
