Positive: ..like so often, some of the staff was just just extremly friendly and helpful and supportive.I stayed 1 day less than planned, and expected to still have to pay (as I had in several other hotels), but the reception just told me that it would be fine, I do not need to have to pay for a night I do not use, even when I was only able to notify them one day before.

Negative: Wireless connection was "not very reliable", if at all
