Positive: This a very good place to be, as soon as you enter the hotel you will like the surroundings, dont miss the pool area on the 2nd foor as well.

Negative: Worst hotel experience for many years. Far to impersonal to create any desire to return.
Negative: Restaurant downstairs turned us away due to problems in Kitchen, Restaurant on 23rd floor manned by Maitre d' who told us to wait for a table while the restaurant was half empty (he even asked us for a reservation), he then showed 2 other couples to tables whilst we were waiting. Noone offered us a drink, extremely unimpressed, basically the guy didnt want to serve us. No idea why. I wouldnt stay at this hotel again.
