Positive: For a single room the room was well appointed and of resonable size
Negative: Long walk to my room including up a few stairs despite using the lift. I had room service and the meal was cold in places and not very appetising
Positive: location, organisation,
Negative: room decor slightly tired
Positive: Staff are usually very willing to help and resolve problems
Negative: Checkin is very inconsistent. Dont get asked the same questions e.g. would I like a paper etc. Long queues at breakfast. (should offer a 'grab a breakfast' offer where you get given a bag and you can put fruit and pastries in if you are running late. I had asked for an 'inside' room and this was on my preference but I was allocated a room overlooking the road. As she had to change the room I then had to wait up for the man to bring my free water etc
Positive: Good quality food but expensive.
Negative: Asked for a quiet room but was given a a room overlooking the main road at the front of the hotel so was kept awake by traffic noise all night.
Positive: Staff extremly helpfull
Negative: Staff consistet mainly of eastern europeans and people from India it seemed like, their english was not as good as it should be
Positive: Breakfast staff are very friendly
Negative: Sometimes rooms on front can be noisy
Positive: The reception staff are extremely friendly and helpful
Negative: 1. The air conditioning in the rooms is totally ineffective and in many rooms it is not possible to open windows.
2. There is a noticeable degradation in service when the hotel is fuller
