Positive: Quiet location less that 10 minutes from Pimlico tube station. The wood-effect floors looked very clean and attractive.
Negative: The hotel put a double bed in a single room, making the place feel cramped. The shower was very small and the shower curtain was too short, resulting in water all around the mini-bathroom. There were no rails for the towels.
Positive: good value for money. Breakfast was good
Negative: bathroom - sanitary ware was a bit shabby as was the the room. It needed a lick of paint and bathroom was a small cubicale containing a shower and toilet. Staff need to be aware that this is at the lower end of the market.
