Positive: Very good location, close to the underground, nice neighborhood
Negative: The bed was horrible, not at all comfortable, too small for two people
Positive: The location is very near to the TUBE - queensway and bayswater.
Negative: THe room - studio - was so small that you can stretch your hand and will touch both walls probably.
Negative: Unable to get a VAT reciept, system could not do it on checkin, no one on reception on checkout
