Positive: the room itself is very nice
Negative: terrible staff!!!!!
Positive: Room was clean and freshly decorated.
Negative: "Suite" was a bed sit, 1 tube stop away from reception (which was annoying in a tube strike). Unable to give a VAT receipt at reception, no bedside lights. miniature ironing board difficult to use.
Note that reception is at 55 Inverness Terrace, not 11 as stated in th ebooking confirmation.
Positive: Nice bedsit
Negative: Don't believe them when they say 11-13 Inverness Terrace. The check in is now at 55 and my room was in 81! Be warned they try to add on a 3% surcharge for cards!
Hotel's comments: Dear Valued Guest,N The apartments located in building 81 is a standard class while building 11-13 Inverness Terrace is also a nice building but of a lower class.
