Positive: Great with parking just outside congestion zone
Negative: Would have been nice with air conditioning and free wifi
Positive: Good service at the reception, however a bit slow. Nice staff, good breakfast and clean rooms. Good location close to Euston Station, not as quiet as you would desire, mainly outside noise could be disturbing. Could get crouded during breakfast and sometimes they were lacking tableware, but still if you decide to pay the extra for the breakfast (it is not included), you'll get a lot of food. It's a hotel we will stay at next time we are in London.
Negative: Small room but still functional.
Positive: Good location
Negative: The room has not been decorated or made welcoming in any way. The bed was hard. I don't think I will want to stay in this hotel again...
Positive: Staff helpful
Negative: Dorr pass failed twice and had to be re-programmed. Room not cleaned on one day. Following day restocking of the Tea / Coffee, no milk left.
I know they are all little things, but stuck in the soul-less box rooms week in, week out, It is the attention to detail you pick up.
Staff helpful, but also useless!
Positive: Great location, nice staff, cleanliness.
Negative: Weekday rates are pricey.
