positiv: pre-stay communication per email was great, it was no problem to change room booking to triple room booking
negativ: a pair of shoes was forgotten and despite asking at the same day of departure, the hotel staff could not locate the shoes anymore; also, the staff was unfriendly in dealing with this request
positiv: Beds were very comfortable, room was always warm, very close to public transport, food was delicious and affordable also good waitressing, staff were friendly
