negativ: Checkout always an issue..in mornig long standing in line..that too in rush time for catvhing flight!!!

negativ: Room was way too small, no facilities one would expect in a hotel, such as no private save box, no free wi-fi internet, no refrigerator/minibar in the room. No way to buy sandwiches or light snack in the hotel. I was disappointed.

positiv: Everything was fine - the staff on reception were very helpful and friendly. Everything was clean. I was pleasantly surprised with the price of the breakfast buffet, as other hotels in the area charge too much!
negativ: Although I am not tall I wouldn't have minded a slightly larger bath as I like to stretch out after a long flight.
negativ: Need more pillows, only one small pillow on the bed. Tiny, tiny room. Cruise ship room is much larger.
