positiv: The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and the hotel was ideally situated for where I needed to be
negativ: Even though HRS state that breakfast is included I was told on arrival that my stay was room only and I would have to pay extra for breakfast, there was a slight language barrier with the receptionist who seemed to be on duty all of the time so this issue did not get resolved. The rooms need a bit of a re-vamp. The food in the restaurant was not good. Even for the price I paid this hotel is over-priced - even for London
