Negative: Paid extra for 'executive room'. Size of room disappointed esp for a couple. Felt it was not worth the extra payment particularly as we seemed to be one of the smallest rooms on our floor according to the fire map on the back of our door! Photos on site should more accurately reflect the difference the extra payment makes! ie Not much
Negative: There were sometimes heavy smokers in the hotel lobby, who made the arrival to the hotel unpleasant. Otherwise everything was really classy.
Positive: Very clean. Very comfortable and very good austrian hospitality
Negative: The worst welcome in England. Staff tried to cheat us with hotel rate - 190 GBP instead of 125 GBP despite of conformation by SMS. Thanks to interference of HRS the problem was solved.
