Positive: Excellent value for money, clean and comfortable.
Positive: Quiet safe location. Fine as average hotel
Negative: Very very cold room. Heating had not been put on. Bathroom had no heating and drafts making it freezing in winter. TV was blurry

Negative: - free internet, although advertised by HRS, was denied with the argument "the website has not been updated". one needs to buy vouchers instead
- the windows could be closed, but not locked, leaving items in the room vulnerable. i was promised fixing within an hour, but that never happened
- hotel could not verify room price during check-in, but still asked to provide credit card and signature to pay for room price
- room was on semi-level, hence luggage had to be carried up/down a stairway (can ask for help though)
Positive: This is a great hotel for the money. It is a bit old, but the rooms are very large, it is clean and the staff is helpful. Breakfast is fine and the location is very good altho it is a bit hard to find on the frist go around. I would recommend it to a friend.

Bad smell in bathroom. From drain. Also lot of mould in bathroom roof.
No heat available in bathroom, hotelpolicy I was told.
