in the of case of fire ... every body from 3-5 floor will die
Negative: The surcharge for using a credit card was a surprise. It was not mentionned in the reservation confirmation.

Negative: I was advised about the details of breakfast so I was unsure about times etc... My room was also very hot so I had to have the fan on all night (not great!)
