Negative: Housekeeping service can be so much better.
Positive: Close to Earls Court, the hotel is modern with nice rooms
Negative: Internet is not free and expensive , Breakfast bad and at UKP 18 not acceptable. Restaurant is closed for dinner but if as good as breakfast that's probably a good thing
Positive: The design of our room was very pleasant.
Hotel is new and clean.
Negative: The breakfast was way overprized for the selection of food offered.
Positive: Very nice hotel, good location, friendly staff. We stayed in the Grange Rochester the night before, which was awful and overpriced. I highly recommend this hotel.
Positive: This an absolutely FANTASTIC hotel. I stayed there 10 days and enjoyed each of them. Spacious rooms, beautifully designed, everything there, friendly staff... the location is excellent: 5 minutes walk from Earl's Court tube station. This hotel can easily compete with the established bigger ones. Higly recommended.
Negative: My room was no. 37, on the ground floor, next to reception. The advantage is that there is only one more room on that level, so it seems to be almost a private area, if you are in there. The room is a bit dark, but has a beautiful view on the garden with a little terrace (not accessible from the room). You do not hear any noise from the street (busy Cromwell Road) but you do hear a bit of the bar, which is more or less right next door. There is some kind of dishwasher or whatever, which makes a constant noise, especially during the night, but it is quite regular, so it calmed me actually down. Someone who is sensitive to sounds might be disturbed, though. Don't have a clue how noisy the other rooms facing the street are. But literally EVERYTHING in the room was of the HIGHEST quality. Towels, bedlinen, curtains, there is a quite big plasma TV, too. Big wardrobe, the shower is fantastic. Guys, maybe this review sounds too good. But it is true. :)
Negative: The hotel didn't have my reservation !! I had to travel miles out of my way to the nearest NH hotel who fortunately had a spare room !!
