negativ: I stayed in the hotel on 29th Apr and my room number was 512. I found the ceiling was leaking water seriously on the late night and called for help from the reception. Alex, one of the staff, came to my room. The problem to leaking was very bad and my bed became too wet to sleep. Alex told me there wasn't another room available to changed and helped me move the bed. I had to continue to stay at the room 512 and the noise of leaking water made me difficult to sleep all night. Alex asked me to report the problem to their manager via e-mail and I send the e-mail on 30rd Apr, but no reply at all. I will never choose the hotel any more.
positiv: the staying was very nice. money value
negativ: there was a smoking smell in the room. i demanded a "non smoking' room
positiv: Room was clean and breakfast was reasonable. Staff OK and public areas OK.
negativ: Very threadbare carpet in room, very small room and sash window did not close properly.
positiv: The staff was very helpful as when I needed an iron and it was sent to my room, I pointed out that I would require an ironing board as well and it was sent to my room within 10 minutes.
negativ: The breakfast selection was miserable. Perhaps I was misled that a continental breakfast included some meat choices as I was shocked to be informed at the restaurant that I was limited to a selection of breads and jams and if I wanted sausages and eggs, I had to top-up another 5 pounds. This should have been stated clearly in the reservatioin form.
positiv: The Hotel is located near the public transportations and there is 24 hr bus right in front of the Hotel.
negativ: The personell of the reception was not always that friendly
