positiv: When I got moved between hotels they reduced my room rate by 40 GBP.
negativ: Arrived late, and there was some issue with my room. So they sent me to a sister hotel (Mercure) approx 500m away.
negativ: Executive room is marketed as including internet for free, but this never worked. Had to pay for additional internet myself and negotiate a discount to the room rate. Many of the plates at breakfast were dirty.
