Positive: A great location a block from Tower of London. The hotel is modern and clean and at times have very good deals for a family of four. It may be a bit low on character but as far as mid-scale hotels in London go that is not a bad thing at all. The hotel is modern and everything work as it should in a Novotel. We'll happily stay here again if the rate is right.
