Negative: I found there was quite noisy during the night, I'm afraid. I was woken up on several occasions by noices on the hallway - which I believe were made by the maintenance people.
Positive: Warmest welcoming ever. Emmanuel Mwambe is an asset to any serious employer
Negative: Hotel booked through this site and breakfast was at time of booking and showing on confirmation as GBP 4.50 each not included, but we were asked for GBP 17.50 each
