Positive: good clean hotel, rooms facilities well, but it would have been nice to have ipod docking stations in rooms, I stay at many hotels and this is always a nice touch. Also would have been nice if hotel provided bathrobes and slippers.
Negative: staff, concerige should have more in depth knowldge of local area and porter should have known more about hotel facilities, I accept the fact that the porter was a trainee, but should have atleast been able to tell us that the hotel had a fitness suite! I did ask regarding the hotel facilities and the porter did not mention this.
Negative: we reserved 6 months in advance a QUIET room through HRS. But we 've got a room dircectly in front of railtracks in the 3rd floor, train was crossing max. 5m from room window evry single minute. Unable to sleep. After complaning next morning we've got another room in the 11th floor sideways. Thats was a difference like day and night. So be aware to decline such a pricided room directly towards the railtracks. Its a nightmere.
Negative: The hotel needs to be refurbished. Carpets everywhere are just plan dirty. The bed was made up poorly without any attention to detail.
Negative: bad kitchen smell on the 2nd floor, one night no towels changed-found still laying on the floor,no plug-ins in the bath room!!!room not cklean enough!!does not deserve 4 stars for the service part at least.
