Positive: very clean and tidy with accomodating staff throughout, overall delighted with my first experience in staying at the CBH, and one i will return to again.
Negative: Spa facilities were out of use therefore i didnt get the full impact of the hotel benefits, and wifi was available only at a charge which i believe should be included particularly for business clients.
Positive: Excellent room with very comfy bed and I especially liked the separate bath and shower which you rarely see in even four star hotels.
Negative: The steam room has a seat over the steam outlet and consequently I nearly sustained a serious scald injury
Positive: Excellent all round with great facilities. Had an amazing room and view.
Negative: None what so ever.....
Positive: Cool design
Negative: Public transport is a big problem!
