Negative: The worst hotel in London. I have stayed over 100 hotels in London up to now. I now what I am talking about...
Positive: Hotel stuff was rather helpful
Negative: Internet didnt work in in room, so I had to sit on the floor in reseption (because otherwise the electrical plug was too far)
not even one parking place available to take luggage from the car.
Negative: When I arrived in my room, the toilet was already DIRTY and full with BROWN substances. The room was extremely smelly. Furthermore, the rooms were overall hot - you could not BREATH in the room. No aircondition or any cooling possibilty. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL AT ANY RATE....
Positive: The young man from Mauritius on days was verynice. The young lady on nights from Hungary was outstanding. She helped me out of a lost credit card problem very nicely. I'm sorry that I can't remember her name.
Positive: The room offered for the 2nd and 3rd night was ok. The bathroom was really new and clean.
Negative: I booked the hotel for my family coming from Germany. The room they offered the first night was so unacceptable from his standard and size that I decided to acommodate my guest on my coach at home for that night.
Positive: Average good hotel for shorter stay central in lOndon
Negative: Some rooms very small and also one three-bed room in basement. Warm and bad air-condition. Avoid this room if you need a three-bed room. We recieved another room after one night. Good service from staff.
Positive: The staff was really nice and kind. Everything was clearly explain nd they were willing to offer help at every moment.
Negative: Beds are dirty and uncomfortable. Reported different problems of bathroom to reception, but reception only come to us when we call them again few hours later without a solution.

Negative: the blanket cannot provide not enough warm and cleanliness.
Positive: Good location of the hotel with close proximity to Paddington Stn. However Lancaster gate is more than a 5 minute walk (contrary to description on website). Several shops / restaurants nearby.
Negative: There is a restaurant which operates in the evenings from the basement breakfast room of the hotel. Avoid it at all costs, go hungry if necessary.
Positive: Very well situated, quite area very close to the hart of London with the Tube, nice staff, room OK. Very good value for money!
Negative: Room a bit too small. No toilet in my room (I would really have liked a toilet in the room!!)
