Positive: nice bathroom, 'value for price'
Negative: Reception was very incompetent, they didn't communicate with each other, most of them didn't know English as a first language. The pictures on HRS don't communicate how run-down the place looks - the facade and rooms look more threadbare in reality. The TB I placed a wake-up call and it never arrived. The room smelled weird. T V did not work very well. bed was uncomfortable. Bar was full of construction workers every night. Pretty far from central London.
Positive: good
Negative: WE were promised wifi in the room as HRS facillity. However the room give was at the end of the hotel and wifi was not operational there. I had to use the wifi in the hotel lobby and the manager particulrly didnt seem happy about it
Negative: The rooms were good but the room walls were not sound proof. Neighbour rooms created a lot of noise in the night and we had difficulty in sleeping.
Positive: no positives
Negative: I will never go back to thid hotel
